Positive: Amazing retreat on a quiet coastline with comfortable huts and a laid back area to chill in hammocks or have food at the shared dining hut. The food was always freshly cooked and prepared for us with typical filipino dishes, 3 times a day if you want, otherwise there is nothing close by Restaurant-wise so if you fancy snacks besides the small packs of chips they sell you should bring your own. Getting there by boat is a 30 minutes ride and with low tide in the morning you have to wade a bit in the water, no problem at all and the boat guys always help you with carrying luggage. There is also a street which you technically could drive by motor bike or even walk (around 1 hour from the pier) but taking the boat is the fastet way. Exploring the beach left and right is a great experience and we were guided by a stray dog to the next fishermen village were local life felt really raw and authentic compared to the busy streets of El Nido or other touristic places. There are 2-3 similar camps next to More Beach (the owner of Dang Dang is the Co-Owner of More Beach, you primarily find here there if you need anything special) but otherwise it is really quiet and peaceful, at night you only hear the waves and the wind and you can feel the fresh breeze coming down the hill from behind the huts. The whole place is pretty new, only a few months old, so they are improving the area bit by bit. Stray dogs are also part of the stay like everywhere in the Philippines but they never got into the huts. Our best memory is just laying on the bed, looking at the ocean and listening to the sound of the waves and palmtrees in the wind. The sunrise in the morning was a spectacle every single day and worth getting up early (with the roosters).

Summary: If you are looking for an off the beaten path, restful spot, More Beach Resort is a no brainer!

Positive: Everything was more that Exceptional, I guess that’s what the More in More Beach is for. Above and beyond dose not describe the length management will go to satisfy their guests with a rich village history this family run oasis offers a slice of paradise peace beautiful sunrises, delicious food and a variety of well fought through amenities being collected by the driver taken to the port to be ferried to their part of El Niño they quickly became my SuperHeros and I wish I could get More than 5* 5* 5* big special thanks To Joy who kept me well fed and looked after I am already trying to book my return say and WILL DEFINITELY be back

Positive: What a treat it was to spend New Year on this lovely remote beach. With neighbouring Dand Dang fully booked I was pointed in the direction of More beach which is owned by the same family. So I stayed at More Beach but used the facilities and had all my meals at Dang Dang next door. With it's newer huts which also include en suite bathrooms I was getting the best of both worlds. Naidy and her family are amazing people who will make you feel right at home as is Joy who looks after More Beach. Can't wait to come back for another visit

Positive: Location location location. Had a fantastic stay, new clean bungalow with view of the beach and sea from bed. The family running this is just so lovely. Had a blast at New years eve with the few us staying there and the lovely family. They are so helpful and polite. Highly worth the effort to get there. The food is amazing, no meny but don't worry this is heaven for home maid food. I sincerely have the best wishes for this place from the lost tourist.
